DOO MISICEVO, Vlade Ćetkovića Street 1a, Mišićevo, Republic of Serbia, CN: 08829675, TIN: 103629419 , hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, strives to comply with applicable laws and regulations related to Personal Data protection in countries where the Company operates. This Policy sets forth the basic principles by which the Company processes the personal data of consumers, customers, suppliers, business partners, employees and other individuals , hereinafter referred to as the “Clients”, and indicates the responsibilities of its business departments and employees while processing personal data.
The Company collects, processes, stores and shares the Client’s personal data only for legal purposes, provided by the Client’s signature in the contracts or the explicit consent of the Clients.
The Company collects, processes, stores, transmits and shares personal data of the Clients through activities in accordance with the following laws of the Republic of Serbia: Law on Obligations („Official Gazette of SFRY” no. 29/78, 39/85, 45/89 – Decision of the CCY i 57/89, „Official Gazette of the FRY”, no. 31/93″, „Official Gazette of the SMN “, no. 1/2003 – Constitutional Charter, and „Official Gazete of the Republic of Serbia“ no.18/2020), Law on Information Security („Official Gazete of the Republic of Serbia“ no.6/2016, 94/2017 and 77/2019), Personal Data Protection Law („Official Gazete of the Republic of Serbia“ no. 87/2018).
- The Client’s right to be informed about collecting and using his personal data,
- The Client’s right to access the personal data we hold about Client,
- The Client’s right to have his personal data rectified,
- The Client’s right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to ask us to delete or dispose of any of the personal data that we have,
- The Client’s right to withdraw the consent when processing is based on the consent,
- The Client’s right to the restriction of processing of his personal data,
- The Client’s right to object to using his personal data for a particular purpose,
- The Client’s right to complain to the Information Commissioner (mail : office@poverenik.rs), in the event we have not responded to the Client within 30 days to his request to exercise these rights or Client is unsatisfied with the response.
